We have a variety of senior housing apartments, rented month to month. The facility itself offers many diverse activities in which you may participate. Special amenities and services are also offered, such as counseling, laundry facilities, and dinner served daily. Plus a friendly, helpful staff member is always on hand should you need assistance.

All the enticements of downtown culture are nearby, like the Seattle Art Museum and Seattle Symphony, and are readily accessible via buses which stop close by to Hilltop House. Leading medical facilities are also only a short stroll away.

Hilltop House is a nonprofit corporation which owns a 125-unit apartment building in Seattle, Washington. It is an equal opportunity facility that provides housing to low-income individuals 62 years of age and older through the Dept. of Housing and Urban Development's 202 Program (HUD 202).
